We use SMS to send you verification codes for account authentication and important service notifications.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

SMS Data Protection: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers solely to operate the Service:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure and file storage
  • Quo: SMS verification
  • Eleven Labs: Text-to-speech audio generation
  • OpenAI / Anthropic: Content generation

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols.

6. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account by emailing support@tryzeit.com.
  • Opt-Out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
